What is indoor cycling?
Indoor cycling, also known as spinning, is a high-energy cardio workout that involves stationary bikes and music in a group setting. It’s intense and fun!
It is a versatile exercise outlet for everyone due to it’s low-impact effects on our joints and we love that every class is suitable for riders of every level!
How do I sign up for a class?
Visit our Mindbody site HERE to create an account, view our schedule, and book your class!
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel your bike by 6 pm the evening before the class date to avoid being charged for the class. If you are on a wait list and no longer want the class, you must also cancel your wait-list spot or risk being moved into the class and charged for it. If you feel even the slightest bit sick, please cancel your spot and call us to receive a returned credit. Let’s keep everyone safe and healthy!
What if I'm new to Cycleologie?
We love newbies! Our classes are terrific for people of all fitness levels and experience. You are in charge of your own resistance and speed, so you can work at your own pace and comfort level.
Do I need special shoes?
It is completely up to you, Rider! Our bike pedals are able to accommodate both regular athletic/running shoes AND cycling shoes.
However, by using a cycle shoe, you will have more power output and will maximize the return of your hard work. There are several different types of cleats available, please select an SPD cleat to be compatible with our pedals.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing anything that you would comfortably wear to the gym. Tank top, t-shirt, shorts, or leggings will all work great. You will be working up a sweat, so a moisture-wicking fabric will help you feel most comfortable in class!
What should I bring to class?
Please bring your own water bottle, it is very important to stay hydrated during class. You will feel better and will maximize the benefits of your workout!
Feel free to bring your phone or tablet to connect via Bluetooth to our Keiser bike consoles to track your workout metrics.
